CHARLIE ADLARD AND TERRY MOORE
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH GROUPE DELCOURT

In the context of the 46th Festival International de la Bande Dessinée d’Angoulême, the Center is pleased to welcome Charlie Adlard and Terry Moore, in partnership with Groupe Delcourt.

In the United States, Charlie Adlard is known for his work as an illustrator for Mars Attacks!, The X-Files, Batman and the sensationally acclaimed series Walking Dead. At Delcourt, a retrospective art book of his work, in advertising as well as in the music and comics industries, was published in 2015.

Terry Moore, an American screenwriter and illustrator, began his career creating Strangers in Paradise, which received the Eisner Award for best series. Since then, he has worked for Marvel (Spider-Man loves Mary-Jane, Runaways) and in 2011, he extended the scope of his work to the horror genre with Rachel Rising. He is presently recognized as one of the pioneers of the independent comic book scene.
