The Mona Bismarck American Center will open its doors for the 35th edition of the European Heritage Days. Built towards the end of the 19th century, this magnificent Parisian neoclassical mansion is embellished by a 400 m² private garden. The salons were reconfigured for Mona von Bismarck by Stéphane Boudin, a French interior designer and president of Maison Jansen, the influential Paris-based interior decorating firm, best known for joining American antiques experts, at the request of U.S. First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, in the renovation and restoration of the White House from 1961 to 1963.
Join us on September 15 and 16 for tours in French and English and discover the story behind the home of “Kentucky Countess” Mona von Bismarck, named “one of the best dressed women in the world” for over 30 years by Vogue.
