To mark the final days of the exhibition Wasteland: New Art from Los Angeles, we’d like to invite you to experience the fantastic setting of the Mona Bismarck American Center in a musical atmosphere devised by the artists of the exhibition.
From the playlist conceived to accompany Edgar Arceneaux’s spectacular installation, Library of Black Lies to Math Bass’ Saxophone Symphony and Amanda Ross Ho’s recorded sounds from Los Angeles, let yourself be carried off on a sonic voyage across this unique and personal selection.
Raina Lampkins-Fielder, Artistic Director of the Mona Bismarck American Center will give a guided tour of the exhibition at 7pm.
Our partner, Hutch Hotdog House will also be at the party, selling their fabulous hotdogs all through the evening.
On 7 July 2016, from 6pm, Mona Bismarck American Center taps into the sounds of Los Angeles. Join us!
